Salon Policy
At Love My Do®, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the scheduled service total is required at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable because they reserve dedicated time that is unavailable to other clients. Once a booking is confirmed, Love My Do® begins preparing for your appointment by reserving salon time, scheduling staff, and planning products and materials specifically for your service.
Upon scheduled appointment, the client is given a time grace of 15 minutes. Although there are some things that are out of the client's control, Love My Do kindly requests 24+ hours advance notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If NO 24+ hours notice of cancellation is made, the client will forfeit 50% deposit. If No Call/No Show, the client will also forfeit 50% deposit.
