EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS

You have within 7 business days from your date of purchase. The item(s) must be mailed for exchange in its original condition. Please send us an email at info@lovemydosalon.com to notify us of your exchange. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The exchanged item MUST be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once a package has left our facility the responsibility is turned over to USPS.
